Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Factory Maintenance Technician - Beverage Industry with hands-on experience in the beverage manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation, reliability, and safety of all factory equipment and systems through planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and repair faults in equipment and machinery, minimizing downtime and production delays.
- Operate and troubleshoot PLC & automation systems, including ladder logic and control wiring.
- Program, install, and commission Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) as per operational needs.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal maintenance standards.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare part usage.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement and replacement of critical components.
- Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the factory.

Candidate Requirements:

- Working knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts or weekends when required.
