We are seeking a proactive Facilities In-Charge to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities, including the swimming pool, tennis court, badminton courts, and banquet halls. The ideal candidate will ensure all spaces are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance of swimming pool, sports courts, and banquet halls.
- Manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Supervise facilities staff and respond to emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of building systems and sports facility maintenance.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Experience in Facility Management
