Export Sales
- Identify and develop new international buyers, distributors, and B2B customers.
- Handle inquiries and generate leads through portals like Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, and ExportHub.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with overseas buyers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly export sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients for repeat and long-term business.
Export Operations & Documentation
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth execution of export orders.
- Prepare and manage export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, LC, BL, GR, COO, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and buyer country-specific requirements.
Marketing & Business Development
- Support in developing marketing strategies for international markets.
- Prepare product brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and international demand patterns.
- Manage Rajashree’s brand presence on B2B platforms and social media.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets.
