Responsibilities
Education Qualification:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the aviation, real estate, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors
- Create comprehensive job descriptions tailored to specific business requirements
- Source potential candidates through different channels such as job portals, social media, and networking
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant skills and experiences
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Utilize recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes and drive improvements

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Adaptability and flexibility in handling multiple priorities
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
