Job Overview
We are seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive – Management Support & Reporting to assist senior management in our Interior Fit-Out firm. The role involves reporting, documentation, MIS preparation, and secretarial support. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze management reports, dashboards, and MIS for senior leadership.
- Handle secretarial and administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Manage data compilation, financial summaries, and project performance tracking.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely flow and consolidation of reports.
- Draft and review professional emails, letters, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Support management in meetings, reviews, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in MIS, reporting, or executive support roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Dashboarding, Data Analysis).
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Quick learner with adaptability to dynamic business needs.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
