Ø Receive indent and sort out as per relevant supplier
Ø Prepare purchase orders for the requested goods and obtain approval and send purchase order copies to supplier, stores and accounts
Ø Ensuring that orders are made as per the finalized prices and to the approved supplier
Ø Ensuring all the items are delivered within the delivery period given to supplier
