Job Title: Executive – Production Planning

Experience: Minimum 4 years
Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹4.8 LPA (CTC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to address bottlenecks or delays
- Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance, efficiency, and capacity utilization
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align production goals
Skills Required:
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
