Job Overview:
Shirke’s Ventures is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming leads, maintain CRM data, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to site visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to incoming enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, online leads).
- Qualify leads and maintain detailed records in CRM.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Provide accurate information to clients about projects and offerings.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to convert interest into visits and sales.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Confidence in handling customer interactions.
- Experience in real estate or telesales will be an added advantage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC/Graduate in any stream.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
