Key Responsibilities –
- Efficient Production Planning & Schedules to ensure a smooth manufacturing process & meeting customer committed date and OTIF.
- Applying Lean Inventory Management & Forecast the inventory for key project based on the historical data & future assumption.
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality controls principles.
- Scheduling production batches based on raw material level in the inventory and production time.
- Monitoring and coordination with supply chain team based on storage space at warehouse and day to day changes in production plan.
- Optimum resource utilization in an environment of multi plant / multi location and multi facets of varied equipment set up.
- Continual improvement in equipment utilization of equipment with aim of No Overuse or Underuse.
- Excellent work knowledge in Microsoft Excel is must with all functionalities.
- MIS Report Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per need.
- Database Management for PPIC function.

M.Sc Chemistry/ B.Sc Chemistry
