JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Ø To organize and conducting the events/ programmes successfully in coordination with AGM without any discrepancies
Ø Arranging gifts, mementos, certificates, medals cost effectively for the function well in advance, as per the plan
Ø Arranging the monthly birthday celebrations as per the plan in coordination with the AGM - Ordering cakes- Inviting the birthday babies to attend without fail- Ensure on time staff participation at the auditorium
Ø To ensure that the sweets/ lunch are distributed as per the plan across the Centres and to order the correct quantity
Ø Planning the important events/ celebrations at the Centre well in advance:- Doctor's day celebration- Onam celebration- Nurses day celebration- Annual day celebration
Ø Assisting the HR staff in all possible ways
Ø Processing the bills for the events/ function within the stipulated time
Ø Arrangement of files in the rack so as to retrieve it easily
Ø Handling grievances and escalating the same to the VP - HR and AGM immediately
Ø HR Audit - Internal and external
Ø All the procedures are followed and in line with Standards
