About the Role
This is not a conventional admin job. At V Global, you’ll be working directly with the Founder & CEO, gaining rare exposure to how international business and decision-making happen in real time.
We’re looking for someone smart, adaptable, and hungry to learn — someone who wants to build a career in leadership support, global trade, and strategic coordination.
You’ll start as an Associate in the CEO’s Office, with a clear growth path to Executive Assistant to CEO and even Chief of Staff.
What You’ll Do
- Support the CEO in managing his daily schedule, meetings, and priorities.
- Track tasks, commitments, and follow-ups across different teams.
- Draft and proofread professional emails, reports, and summaries.
- Conduct quick research (online, market info, competitors, etc.) and present it in simple, decision-ready briefs.
- Prepare and maintain Excel trackers for ongoing projects.
- Assist in coordination with internal teams, suppliers, and global partners.
- Learn to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure that the CEO is always prepared for meetings with notes, talking points, and background briefs.
What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of work experience in admin, coordination, or support roles.
- Excellent follow-up skills — never forgets or loses track of a task.
- Strong communication in English (spoken & written).
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong research and internet search skills.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
- Lives within 30 minutes of Kandivali East office.
