Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 6 Months to 1 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidate must have valid driving Licence & two wheeler licence.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Business Performance Channel Partner –
- Ensuring Channel Sales through registered channel partners
- Ensuring max revenue across projects during Launches Sustenance
- Monitor and improve the conversion ratio of walk-ins to bookings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective channel partner management.
- Revenue under Cross selling
Business Development – Channel Partner
- Developing and expanding the micro market through max reach out
- Enrolling and empanelling of new channel partners
- CPs engagement and development
- Competition Analysis
- New market updates
- Timely training & development of Channel Partners (Product, Process, Activation and Sustenance plans)
Business Hygiene
- Maintaining and sending imp sales reports (DAR, DSR, HWC, etc.)
- Attendance & Timings
- Maintaining grooming standards as per HR policies
