An Executive Assistant (EA) provides crucial support to executives, managing schedules, handling communication, and coordinating various tasks to ensure smooth operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and communication handling.
- Review, edit, and clean up legal documents such as contracts, agreements, NDAs, and memorandums.
- Ensure all legal documents are formatted properly, accurate, and comply with internal standards.
- Track and maintain version control of agreements and other sensitive documents.
- Act as liaison between executives and legal counsel, both internal and external.
- Prepare and organize documentation for meetings, including agendas and follow-up
- Support Business operations of the executive office.
Exp : Minimum 5+ Years
