Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with day-to-day operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communication on behalf of executives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support in managing deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and other key activities.
- Maintain filing systems and documentation with high attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
