We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator and Executive Assistant Intern to join our team. This dual-function role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in both sales operations and executive support. You will work closely with the sales team and company leadership to support daily business functions, communications, and process coordination.
Sales Coordination:
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotes, and reports.
- Help maintain the CRM database (e.g., updating client records, tracking interactions).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer service.
- Monitor sales email inbox and respond to basic client inquiries.
Executive Assistance:
- Assist with calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for senior executives.
- Draft internal communications, meeting notes, and summary reports.
- Help organize virtual or in-person meetings, team events, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive office as needed.
