Job Description:
A leading Flexible Plastic Packaging Manufacturing company located in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad is seeking a dedicated and efficient Executive Assistant (Female) to support its senior management team.
The ideal candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communication on behalf of executives
- Prepare business correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems and confidential records
- Assist with travel arrangements, logistics, and event planning
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-ups and execution of delegated tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female only
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Candidates residing near Jeedimetla or in Hyderabad preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
