Competencies Required:
1.Prior experience in Admin & Accounts related activities
2. Good written & oral English Communication
3.Competence on Computers for MS Office and Internet
Accounts:
a. Maintaining books of accounts of complete organization
b. Filling of Returns for:
a. GST
b. TDS
c. Follow up for the client payments
d. Timely payments to service providers
e. Reimbursements of employees
f. Coordination with the Chartered Accountant for preparation of Final Accounts
g. Working knowledge of tally preferred
h. Monitoring & Control of the organization costs
i. Monitoring & Analysis of project wise costs
Admin:
a. Day to day routine admin activities
b. Secretarial support activities of the boss
c. Going outside for banking / admin critical office related work where office boy is not competent to handle
d. Leaves & Salary Administration
e. Travel arrangements for Top Management & Operations Team
f. Infrastructure maintenance for office & guest house
g. Monitoring office discipline / protocols

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
