Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Credit Control / Accounts Receivable to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the credit control function, ensure timely collection of receivables, maintain accurate AR records, and help enforce the credit policy effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable data.
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up proactively for overdue payments.
- Assist in implementing and strengthening credit control policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment-related queries.
- Generate and share weekly AR reports, highlighting old outstanding and action plans.
- Support in reducing receivables ageing by initiating follow-ups and maintaining communication logs.
- Assist with reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all AR transactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
