Job Summary
We are hiring Events Operations Executives for one of our clients, to support end-to-end event coordination, from space bookings and branding to inventory and gifting. This is a hands-on, dynamic role suited for professionals with a background in hospitality, events, or hotel operations who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics for events including conference room bookings, branding, and on-site gifting
- Interact with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements
- Manage inventory and ensure timely event setup
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution
- Support on-ground operations and be flexible for late working hours on event days
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or event management
- Degree or diploma in hotel management, hospitality, or events preferred
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel when needed
- Should be located within 5 km of Kondapur
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
- Must be flexible for late nights during events

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹380,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
