Applications are invited from graduates (with at least 1 year of experience in managing events) residing near Whitefield, BANGALORE, for the post of Events & Admin Executive. Please note that only candidates based in Bangalore will be considered for this role. Female candidates are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing online events - planning and execution via online streaming platforms such as zoom, YouTube and Restream,
- Planning and managing offline events/retreats
- Hosting/Emceeing events
- Organizing the events - both online and offline- ensuring that everything needed for the event is in place
- Performing dry runs for online events
- Ensuring content for promoting events is put up on the website
- Taking care of registrations for events
- Ensuring all things needed for events both online and offline are arranged for
- Communicating with participants ensuring they have all information needed for the events
- Looking after office facilities management and handling basic general administration

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
