- Plan and manage all aspects of events, including logistics, timelines, budgeting, and coordination.
- Liaise with clients, internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define event requirements.
- Secure venues, catering, technical equipment, and other necessary resources.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities related to events.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all runs smoothly.
- Manage event budgets and track expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Prepare event documentation such as agendas, guest lists, contracts, and post-event reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations at all events.
- Handle event-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Evaluate event success and provide feedback and recommendations for future improvements.
