Job Title: Event Coordinator
Location: Preferably near Maduravoyal, Chennai
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)
Note: You will be required to work on weekends or your weekly off if events are scheduled.

SPP Gardens is a premium 14-acre venue located in Maduravoyal, Chennai, known for hosting weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and photoshoots. With multiple open lawns, indoor spaces, in-house catering (Pushpa’s Kitchen), and ample parking, we offer a one-stop destination for elegant and seamless events.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute events from start to finish.
Manage venue setup for various event spaces like Golden Rush Valley, Ficus Lawn, Pavilion Hall, and more.
Liaise with vendors (catering, decorators, entertainment, etc.) and ensure smooth operations on event days.
Be present during events to oversee execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain event checklists, booking logs, and timelines.
Assist in pre-event planning, walkthroughs, and post-event wrap-ups.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in event coordination or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as needed.
Fluency in Tamil and English is preferred.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
Salary
Based on market standards and your experience.
