- Event Planning: Create programs, manage logistics (transport, accommodation), and maintain the event calendar.
- On‑site Execution: Oversee setup/tear-down, registration, and safety compliance.
- Coordination: Liaise with vendors, staff, volunteers, and participants.
- Speakers: Manage communications, running orders, and rehearsals.
- Technology & Materials: Handle event apps, inventory, branding, and materials.
- Reporting & Feedback: Prepare incident reports, escalate security issues, collect/analyse participant feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Train team members, enhance event standards.
Requirements:
- Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
- Comfortable in indoor and outdoor settings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
