ETL Tester | Full-time/ Contract | Experience: 4 Years | Remote ( Need to be present in the office on the onboarding date)
Are you a data enthusiast with expert-level SQL skills and a strong eye for accuracy? We’re looking for a detail-oriented ETL Tester to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for validating data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and automating ETL test cases to support large-scale data migration and transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Write and debug complex SQL queries to validate data transformation logic
- Design and execute test plans for ETL workflows
- Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems
- Validate data pipelines for accuracy, completeness, and performance
- Collaborate with developers and analysts to resolve defects
- Automate ETL test cases for better scalability
- Maintain detailed test documentation and defect logs
Required Skills:
- Expert in SQL – must be able to write/debug complex queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica or other ETL tools
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, Star Schema, and dimensional modeling
- Ability to work with large datasets and multi-table validation tool exposure is a plus, but SQL proficiency is critical
