Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature and language, a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment, and the ability to engage students in developing their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruction: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curriculum aligned with educational standards and the school’s objectives.
- Assessment: Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment that encourages student participation and discipline.
- Student Support: Identify and support students’ individual learning needs and provide additional help as necessary.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- • Teaching certification or license in English or a related subject area.
- • Proven experience as an English teacher or in a similar role.
- • Strong knowledge of English language and literature.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
