Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced English Language Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to college students as part of their academic curriculum. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, have a strong command of English communication skills, and be able to engage and inspire students in a classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured English language training sessions to college students
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the curriculum
- Focus on improving students’ communication, grammar, vocabulary, and soft skills
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain student attendance and performance records
- Collaborate with college faculty for seamless integration of training sessions
- Ensure a professional and motivating learning environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an English Language Trainer or Soft Skills Trainer
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience working with college students preferred
- Ability to handle large classroom sessions effectively
- Must be located in Bangalore, preferably near Thanisandra or willing to commute
