We are seeking a skilled End User Computing Specialist to join our team, focusing primarily on managing End User Devices, Application Patch Management, and Fleet Health Checkups across both Windows and macOS environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience (5+ years) with enterprise device management, application patching, and building insightful dashboards using tools such as Nexthink, Axonius, Jump Cloud, Automox, CyberArk EPM, and DataDog. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain End User Devices across Windows and macOS, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
· Implement and manage Application Patch Management processes to ensure critical applications remain compliant and up-to-date.
· Conduct regular Fleet Health Checkups to proactively detect and mitigate issues impacting device performance and user productivity.
· Build and refine dashboards to monitor key metrics reflecting the overall health and status of our device fleet.
· Review critical metrics daily, providing detailed reporting to the escalation team.
· Execute remediation scripts as needed to resolve critical gaps identified in fleet health.
· Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure swift remediation of identified issues.
· Prepare detailed, actionable reports summarizing fleet health, patch compliance, and related metrics.Conduct regular assessments to ensure security compliance across all end-user devices.
· Document processes, procedures, and configurations clearly to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience managing End User Computing environments across Windows and macOS platforms.
· Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Application Patch Management practices.
· Familiarity with enterprise management and inventory tracking solutions (Nexthink, Axonius, JumpCloud, Automox, CyberArk EPM).
· Experience utilizing DataDog for monitoring, alerting, and analytics.
· Proficiency in creating dashboards and interpreting analytics to inform strategic decisions.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working both independently and within a team.
· Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience scripting or automating fleet health checks and reporting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
· Familiarity with ITIL frameworks or certification.
· Understanding of relevant security and compliance standards applicable to endpoint management.
