Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings.
- Understanding of surface preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with application methods (spraying, brushing, rolling).
- Proficiency in using painting equipment and tools.
- SAP PP / MM module
- Creation of Purchase orders
- Follow up with Vendor for daily painting activities, paint requirement etc.
- Technical (Paint related) guides to vendor and internal agency.
- Handle painting related Quary of end customers.
- Help to Perper of Painting procedures.
Certifications: Certifications from recognized bodies such as NACE, SSPC can be beneficial.
Experience:
1. Practical experience in industrial painting, including knowledge of safety standards
2. Quality control processes.
Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with other team members & Vendors.
- Problem-solving abilities to address any issues that arise during the painting process.
