Role Overview:
We are seeking skilled embroidery and stitching interns who can work from home using their own machines. This is an opportunity to work closely with a visionary fashion brand in its foundational phase — contributing directly to the production of limited-edition, handcrafted pieces.
Responsibilities:
- Execute embroidery and stitching work based on provided designs and briefs
- Handle finishing and detailing for oversized t-shirts and other garments
- Collaborate remotely with our design team for feedback and revisions
- Maintain quality and consistency across all pieces
- Follow delivery timelines and production schedules
Requirements:
- Must own a working stitching or embroidery machine
- Basic knowledge of garment construction and finishing
- A strong eye for detail and neatness in handwork or machine embroidery
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly online
- Based anywhere in India with good internet and phone access
Compensation:
- Basic Monthly Salary (fixed stipend)
- Bonus/Performance Incentives based on quality and output
