Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Maintenance with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in the textile manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the electrical systems and equipment used in our production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of textile machinery ( Rotor spinning, knitting , weaving, dyeing, processing).
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical panels, drives (VFDs), PLC systems, motors, sensors, and control circuits.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime through quick and efficient fault resolution.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.
- Maintain and calibrate lighting systems, generators, compressors, and HVAC units.
- Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for smooth operation.
- Support energy-saving projects and electrical system upgrades.
- Manage and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of textile machine electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience with VFDs, PLCs, HMI, contactors, relays, sensors
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial practices
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus
- Good team coordination and problem-solving skills
