Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Electrical Drawings:Develop detailed drawings, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and layouts for different electrical systems.
- Utilizing CAD Software:Proficiently use CAD software like AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar programs to create and modify designs.
- Ensuring Compliance:Adhere to relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, local regulations) and ensure designs comply with safety and quality standards.
- Collaboration:Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to incorporate revisions and address design issues.
- Documentation:Maintain and update project documentation, including revisions and as-built drawings.
- Bill of Materials:Prepare a bill of materials (BOM) based on the drawings.
- Problem Solving:Identify and resolve discrepancies in drawings or technical documentation, and support troubleshooting by providing accurate design details.
