Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with Prospects: Connect with potential learners to understand their background, career goals, and motivations.
- Offer Personalized Guidance: Recommend relevant UG/PG programs tailored to each learner’s aspirations.
- Admissions Support: Assist applicants throughout the admissions process via phone, email, or chat.
- Program Knowledge: Clearly explain course details including curriculum, schedules, fees, and enrollment steps.
- CRM & Lead Management: Maintain detailed records and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve Targets: Drive student enrollments by meeting monthly conversion goals through effective communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or admissions (Freshers can apply)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage
