Job Title: Education Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries regarding IT courses.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and learning needs to recommend the most suitable courses.
- Provide clear and detailed information on course content, duration, fees, certification, and placement assistance.
- Follow up regularly with potential students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM/MIS systems promptly.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and course support.
- Actively participate in seminars, webinars, workshops, and educational outreach events as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
