Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Education Counsellor to join our team in Coimbatore. You’ll play a key role in advising aspiring students, guiding them towards the right educational path, and supporting them throughout their academic decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth counselling sessions in person, over the phone, or online.
- Understand student aspirations and recommend suitable IT courses and career tracks.
- Stay up to date with course curricula, certifications, and industry trends.
- Manage and update the student database and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the admissions and training teams to ensure seamless enrollment.
- Represent Elysium Academy during career fairs and student outreach programs.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or post-graduate in Education, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling or career advisory services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM tools and MS Office.
- Passionate about helping students grow and succeed.
