Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Education Counsellor to join our growing team. The role involves guiding students and working professionals in choosing the right training programs to achieve their career aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel walk-in and online inquiries for various IT/EdTech training programs.
Understand learners’ requirements and recommend the most suitable courses.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems consistently.
Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
Coordinate with trainers and support teams to ensure smooth student onboarding and experience.
Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (EdTech experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT courses or willingness to quickly learn.
Ability to handle student queries with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
Candidates from PCMC and near by areas will be preferred.
