We are looking for a dynamic and student-focused Education & Career Guidance Expert to inspire, counsel, and guide students in making the right academic and career choices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert career aspirations into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide students and parents in selecting suitable academic courses and career paths.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions (in-person, over phone, and online).
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with potential students.
- Maintain follow-up communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into enrollments.
- Stay updated on education trends, job market demands, and career pathways.
- Maintain student interaction records in CRM and prepare reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and listening skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Prior experience in academic counselling / education consulting / student advisory is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a student-first approach.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
