Job Title: E-commerce Executive
ALSO KNOWLEDGE OF CANVA- AND DESIGN
Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced E-commerce professional to manage and grow our online store. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing product listings, inventory, and orders, as well as analyzing sales performance and optimizing the online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management: Manage product listings, inventory levels, and product descriptions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
2. Order Management: Ensure timely and efficient order processing, shipping, and delivery.
3. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance, website analytics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
4. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and support through multiple channels (email, phone, chat).
5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock levels, and optimize inventory management processes.
6. Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues with the website, payment gateways, and other e-commerce platforms.
7. Co-ordinate with the Stores related to Inventory and Payment.
8.Courier Tracking : Follow-up for late delivery/ Damage / Lost Shipment.
9. Creating monthly sales Report.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, and tracking.
2. Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon,Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)
3. Communication: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
4. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (A/C team, logistics).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,082.23 per month
