We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Early Child Interventionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with children to support their developmental milestones in areas such as Communication, motor skills, social-emotional growth and daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver individualised and group intervention programs for children.
- Monitor developmental progress and maintain accurate child progress reports
- Collaborate with occupational, speech and physical therapists as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide parent eduction and guidance to support continued progress at home.
- Ensure a safe, engaging and child-friendly environment.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree I. Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience working with children with developmental delays or disabilities.
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families and team members.
- Passion for making a meaningful difference in children’s lives.
