We are seeking an experienced Amazon Product Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Amazon's platform, have a strong understanding of Excel, Photoshop, and Amazon Seller Central.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and update product listings on E-Commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Firstcry, JioMart and more
- Conduct research to ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and sales.
- Utilize Excel to manage large amounts of data for product listings.
- Monitor and analyze sales and traffic data to optimize product listings.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and strategies.
- Product returns processing & management i.e. QC of the return packets, data entry in returns report, sorting the inventory, maintaining returns master reports as required
- Claims with the marketplace support team for the wrong return packets
- Proper mail/telephonic communication for marketplace issues by raising all tickets & timely responding to the tickets & to follow up with seller support team till the issue gets resolved & maintain records for the same
- To check & understand inquiries/leads received on B2B Platforms & to communicate with the prospective customers, sending them required details, follow up with them & try to convert the lead.
Requirements:
- Experience in PPC and Google Ads
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and product listing management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
