Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, company website, etc.)
- Ensure all product information, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and manage online orders, returns, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Analyze daily sales reports, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
- Optimize product content using SEO and keyword strategies.
- Plan and execute online promotions, offers, and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers.
- Research competitor strategies and pricing to stay competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
- Strong knowledge of major Indian e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, reports, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems.
- Experience in graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop (optional).
