*Job Title:* E-commerce Specialist
*Location:* Chawri Bazar, Delhi
*Salary:* ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage **online selling operations** on marketplaces like **Amazon, Flipkart, and others**.
* Handle **product listing, catalog management, inventory updates, and pricing**.
* Coordinate with marketplaces for **promotions, campaigns, and issue resolution**.
* Monitor **orders, returns, cancellations, and payment reconciliation**.
* Analyze sales reports, track performance, and recommend strategies to increase sales.
* Manage and update company **website product listings, content, and offers**.
* Handle **customer queries and reviews** to improve ratings and service quality.
* Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Minimum **1–3 years of experience** in **E-commerce operations** (Amazon, Flipkart, Website).
* Strong knowledge of **listing, keyword optimization, and PPC campaigns**.
* Proficiency in **MS Excel and online selling tools**.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Ability to handle multiple portals and meet targets.
*Eligibility:*
* Graduate / Undergraduate in any field (Commerce / Marketing preferred).
* Prior **hands-on experience with e-commerce portals** is mandatory.
