Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Executive to manage the backend operations of our online store, including our website and mobile applications (iOS & Android). The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading product data and images, managing content updates, and ensuring smooth backend functioning of our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and other relevant data to our website and app.
- Resize and edit product images to meet platform specifications.
- Manage inventory updates, product categorization, and collection arrangements.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for new launches and promotions.
- Monitor the backend systems of both iOS and Android apps and ensure smooth functionality.
- Troubleshoot minor backend or data issues and coordinate with tech support when needed.
- Maintain consistency in content, layout, and customer interface across platforms.
