We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting drones used in training, surveying, industrial, and agricultural applications. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with drone components, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, calibrate, and test drones for operational readiness.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on drones and related equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues in electrical, mechanical, and software systems of drones.
- Perform firmware updates, configuration, and troubleshooting of control systems.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and ensure proper documentation of repairs and services.
- Assist in field operations, including setup, breakdown, and technical support during drone missions.
- Ensure compliance with DGCA safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with R&D team for modifications and improvements in drone design.
- Train junior technicians or operators on basic troubleshooting and handling.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Additional certification in drone technology, UAV maintenance, or RPAS (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in drone repair, assembly, or related electronics/mechanical work.
- Experience with multirotor and fixed-wing drones (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
