Job Responsibilities:
- Train students (Grade 11, 12 & UG) in:
- Drawing
- Perspective
- Design Thinking
- Elements of Design
- Shading Techniques
- Teach both online and offline sessions.
- Develop comprehensive course materials, worksheets, tests, and speed/accuracy strategies.
- Create and evaluate student portfolios.
- Set question papers of varying difficulty for mock tests and practice.
- Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 0–3 years of teaching/training experience in:
- Perspective
- Design thinking
- Elements of design
- Shading techniques
- Strong command over sketching and drawing fundamentals.
- Ability to design training content and monitor student progress effectively.
Candidate Profile:
- Smart, dynamic, and confident personality with a passion for teaching.
- Must have previous teaching/training experience in a similar field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and evaluation skills.
Preferred Educational Qualifications:
- BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts)
- B.Des (Bachelor of Design)
- M.Des (Master of Design)
- MFA (Master of Fine Arts)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
