As a Domain Architect, you will play a key role in project delivery by designing Subscriber Data Management (SDM) solutions, including Home Subscriber Server (HSS), Home Location Register (HLR), Subscriber Data Layer (SDL), Equipment Identity Register (EIR), and Unified Data Management (UDM). You will work closely with customers to understand and address their needs, ensuring solutions are delivered effectively.
In this role, you will also collaborate with Software Architects, the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, and the Research and Development (R&D) team to translate requirements into seamless implementations.
Join us to shape impactful solutions and contribute to pioneering projects that drive innovation forward.
Analyze requirements and define product implementation.
Work closely with customers to define use cases aligned with Statement of Work (SoW) and 3GPP standards.
Design high-level (architecture, call flows) and low-level (IP, network) solutions with impact and risk assessment.
Prepare Carrier Information Questionnaire (CIQ) to support planning, integration, and deployment.
Develop customer solution architectures and perform end-to-end technical risk evaluations.
Define test strategies, coordinate with Research and Development (R&D), and support acceptance activities.
Provide automation inputs, conduct risk mitigation, and engage with customers through regular sync-ups.
You have:
10+ years of experience in telecom solution design, complex use case integration, and a degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent.
Experience in creating and reviewing high-level and low-level design documents.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and integration of Ausf_UDM, Subscriber Data Layer (SDL), Home Subscriber Server/Home Location Register (HSS/HLR), and Equipment Identity Register (EIR).
It would be nice if you also had:
Deep knowledge of network architectures, telecom products, and global standards such as 3GPP and ETSI.
Proven ability to lead complex technical programs and manage customer escalations effectively.
Familiarity with Unix/Linux, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and databases such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, or SQL.
Understanding of key telecom protocols (TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, Sigtran, SOAP-XML, SNMP) and cloud technologies (VNF, CNF, VMware, NCS/NCOM, CBIS/CBAM).
