Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records accurately.
- Handle data entry tasks using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Update and organize files in both digital and physical formats.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and verification.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure documents are up to date.
Required Skills:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fast and accurate typing & data entry skills.
- Basic knowledge of formatting, formulas, and tables in Excel.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any degree or diploma in administration/computer applications.
- Prior experience in documentation or admin support is a plus.
