Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify various types of documents (e.g., ID proofs, address proofs, educational certificates, business documents).
- Check the accuracy, completeness, and validity of documents as per the company's verification guidelines.
- Conduct background checks and cross-verification through authorized portals or databases.
- Ensure timely completion of verification tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain records of verification results and escalate discrepancies or suspicious documents to the concerned department.
- Communicate with internal teams or external clients for clarification or additional documentation, if needed.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on verification status and outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in verification policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
