Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintain hard and soft copies of office files in a proper filing system
- Update records and document logs regularly
- Handle document distribution, retrieval, and archiving
- Ensure that all paperwork is properly signed, stamped, and recorded
- Follow company policies on document control and confidentiality
- Coordinate with other departments for document sharing and approvals
- Monitor and renew contracts, licenses, or any expiry-based documents
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
