DLP Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Deploy, configure, and maintain Forcepoint DLP infrastructure across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
• 
  Administer and support CrowdStrike endpoint protection to complement DLP policies.
• 
  Design and implement DLP policies to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• 
  Perform routine system health checks, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting of DLP platforms.
• 
  Analyze DLP incident logs and work with analysts and stakeholders to address data protection gaps.
• 
  Fine-tune DLP rules and thresholds to reduce false positives and improve detection accuracy.
• 
  Maintain documentation related to system configuration, operational procedures, and incidents.
• 
  Collaborate with IT, compliance, and risk teams to align security controls with organizational goals.
• 
  Ensure timely response to alerts and provide level-2/3 support for DLP-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
• 
  3–6 years of experience in DLP administration or a similar role.
• 
  Hands-on expertise in Forcepoint DLP: policy creation, endpoint configuration, incident management.
• 
  Strong working knowledge of CrowdStrike EDR platform and integration with DLP tools.
• 
  Solid understanding of data classification, data privacy, and protection frameworks.
• 
  Familiarity with scripting for automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
• 
  Ability to handle high-severity incidents with a structured approach and documentation.
