We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Young Distributor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and team-handling skills, a passion for building strong relationships, and a drive to meet sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Provide outstanding service to our dealers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
- Sales & Collections: Support distributors with sales and collection efforts.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Strategic Execution: Implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, and work with internal teams to ensure product availability and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: We prefer candidates with at least one year of similar experience in a leading textile distributor. We also welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, with a focus on building positive dealer relationships.
- Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driver's license.
